Production Line
Wilton carpet is a kind of machine-made carpet, named after the production process originated in Wilton, England.
Wilton carpet generally refers to the interweaving of three yarns of warp, weft and pile yarn, and then finishing by subsequent processes such as gluing and plain fiber.
Wilton carpets are divided into:
(1) Single-sided Wilton carpet: good appearance retention, stable carpet shape, very suitable for use on aircrafts that require extremely high flame retardant performance. In addition, the carpet is very suitable for use in high-end yachts, passenger ships and high-end hotels. Part of it is used in car mats.
(2) Double-layer Wilton carpet: This type of machine originated in Belgium. The characteristics are: the fabric is full, the structure is tight, the square meter of pile yarn is heavy, this loom is a double-layer fabric, so the production efficiency is relatively fast.
